모래재생머신은 진흙정화, 수력발전소의 골재시스템재생, 유리원료처리시스템, 인공모래생산 및 석탄 공장의 굵은석탄 슬러리 재생 등에 사용되어진다.
모래재생기는 주로 물과 침전물 분리의 역할에서 일반적으로 사용되며. 카올린, 진흙, 골재, 인공모래, 거친슬라임, 콘크리트 혼합 스테이션 및 기타 우수한 재료 재활용.
모래재활용 작업과정 : 펌프가 모래와 물 혼합물을 사이클론으로 보내고, 편심이 있는 미세한 모래가 진동스크린으로 보내집니다.
탈수 후 미세한 모래와 물이 효과적으로 분리되며, 미세한 모래와 진흙은 물마루로 돌아갑니다.
세척기 통의 미세한 모래는 출구로부터 배출된다.
진동스크린은 농도가 70% -85% 인 물질을 회수 할 수 있으며 펌프의 회전 속도변경, 모르타르 농도변경 및 오버플로우 수확량 조정을 통해 정밀도를 조절할 수 있습니다.
