Installation of the rail support ​and checking the leveling of the Deck Finisher setting is important in leveling the concrete surface of a bridge. 

 If the level along the length is not achieved, it might have been caused by wrong rail settings. 

Poor leveling across the width might be attributable to wrong rail setting of the Deck Finisher plastering roller carriage.

6. Installation of the Deck-Finisher

7. Mounting the Deck-Finisher on the top deck

8. The legs on either side can be adjusted, so that the equipment can be mounted easily regardless of the rail width.

9. Setting by running threads on the concrete surface level 

(normally,two thread will be deployed on the front and rear of the plastering rollers)

10.Once the concrete work is over, the rail support is washed wit water for the next session
