Concrete Roll Deck Finisher suitable for the FCM proces sites.

One body is equipped with two plastering rollers, joined by driving wheels and a power control box.

The two plastering rollers may rotate to the left or right direction or perform two-way rotation.   

Also, the rotating speed can also be controlled separately for each side.  

This feature is essential to achieve a better surface along the concrete slump.

Roller deck Finisher CRF-7000, designed as a two-ton equipment.

The two plastering rollers press down the concrete, providing a surface flattening effect. 

This feature contributes to a higher quality of the surface. 

The plastering rollers push the concrete ahead with its rapid revolutions, and the plaster roller behind is rotated slowly for surface finishing.  

An inverter was used so that the speed could be controlled, allowing speed control according to the conditions at site. 

All features can be controlled with a single remote button switch , which wired to all types of operation arrangements.
