Since the CONCRETE VIBRATING SCREED
is installed on the beam, it is ready for troweling and it is possible to keep a perfect horizontality on the concrete surface(road surface).
The highest vibration rate and largest amplitude cause a strike-off vibration to raise the fine mixture (sand and cement) to the surface of concrete with out sawing.
One worker can work up to 4 meters. Two workers are need to work between 5 and 6 meters.
The Concrete Vibrating Screed saves a finishing treatment cost by up to 50 % for concrete work on the side walk or for small concrete work.
The work range is widened at the site depending on the length of the stainless steel beam ( 2 to 6 meters).
The Concrete Vibrating Screed can do any work in the form or on the guide rail.
