Master Deck Finisher

​Depending on the work site, the work can be performed automatically or manually. 

It is designed to be forward after one round trip or two rounds of work of roller, and has a forward distance of 0-60CM and usually about 30CM.

Spread the concrete during the first screw and roller transfer and form the concrete surface with the second polishing roller.

The third is finished with a finishing plate, and the last fourth is treated with a cotton cloth , thick vinyl and artificial grass to obtain the surface required by the site.

1. Although the length of the finisher varies by model, it is possible to pack at a time from at least 4m to at most 31m in width.

2. One rear-lim is 3 m and can be adjusted according to the width of the road. Secure each rear-limit with six bolts.

3. There are four driving legs, with height adjustment and one driving leg can move 2.4m from side to side, making rail installation easier.

4. Reverse reciprocating motion is an electric motor that can be adjusted at random to the left and right speeds and uses sharp curves and circular flooring,

5. Power uses 220v-380V triangles and has no noise or smoke.

Power of the left-right transfer motor and the spread-out-of-concrete auger relieve the worker's fatigue.

Production of the country's first 32-meter-long master deck finisher. Two deck finishers with a full width of 62m on the road connecting to the Incheon Bridge. 

 

Set up deck finisher by railing on highway rail versus outside. 

 

Two master deck finishers are installed simultaneously with the left and right rails and the Center rails 62 meters across the road. 

 

It is possible to work according to the concrete surface requirements of the site without wavering or sagging of the left or right side of the flat-bed roller carriage.
