GROUT FLOW METER 

Flow & Pressure Measuring System 

Grout flow meter is necessary for grouting work at various construction sites,  

especially at foundation work, to guarantee precise construction work and to prevent a shoddy and fault job. 

It records the status of work and construction data in graph and letter each on the recording paper 

and so no need to calculate injection volume and depth separately.

Model : GF-50-300

High Pressure Injection 

​Description  

This system is suitable for such high pressure method as JET. 

This is also suitable for other high pressure injection methods(cement milk, chemical liquids). 

In general, injection flow and injection pressure are about 60 L/min and about 20.0 MPa 〜 50.0 MPa each. 

 

Features 

Injection status and injection data are recorded in real time on the recording paper in graph and letter each. 

Automatic printout data Start : Hour, minute, month, date, year, machine No. Finish: Hour, minute, hole No, injection volume per hole, accumulated injection volume. 

No need to calculate injection volume as the above data is recorded on the recording paper automatically.

Grout Flow Meter GF50 

Model : GF50-500

Low Pressure Injection 

Description 

This system is suitable for such low pressure injection method as S.C.W (Soil Cement wall). 

This is also suitable for other low pressure injection methods(cement milk, chemical liquids). 

In general, injection flow and injection pressure are about 300 L/min and about 0.5 MPa 〜 2.5 MPa each.

Injection status and injection data are recorded in real time on the recording paper in graph and letter each.

Automatic printout data Start : Hour, minute, month, date, year, machine No. Finish: Hour, minute, hole No, injection volume per hole, accumulated injection volume. 

No need to calculate injection volume as the above data is recorded on the recording paper automatically.

Model : GF15-60 

Description 

This is designed specially for chemical liquids (J.C.M, S.G.R, C.G.M) injection.  

In case outlet diameter of injection pump is same as inlet diameter of this equipment, there will be no pressure drop and clogging.

Alarm will sound if injection pressure reach preset point.

This is designed specially for L.W (Labiles Wasser Glass). 

In case outlet diameter of injection pump is same as inlet diameter of this equipment, there will be no pressure drop and clogging.
